Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center offers eligible employees and their dependents a competitive benefits package with low monthly premiums. Below is a summary of benefits available to you.
Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center offers health insurance coverage administrated through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AZ. The plan is a PPO, which allows you more options for care. Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AZ covers a variety of services including office visits, emergency care, hospital care and prescription drug coverage.
United Health Care Dental is our preferred carrier for dental insurance. Our Traditional Preferred plan allows you to see any dentist in our provider area.
Eye Med Vision Care offers a variety of discount for exams, lenses, frames, and contacts. This plan allows you to use any eye professional you choose, but you will receive the highest level of benefit if you use one of their contracted providers.
Life, AD&D, and Long term disability insurance is provided to eligible employees through Lincoln Financial Company. Mt Graham Regional Medical Center pays all premiums for this benefit. Employees are eligible for up to $150,000 company paid, but can purchase additional amounts through payroll deduction.
Mt Graham Regional Medical Center offers Dependent Day Care Reimbursement and Medical Care Expense Reimbursement Plan to all eligible employees.
Employees and their families can take advantage of confidential and professional counseling service referrals at no cost to the employee.
Employees are vested 100% after 3 years of continuous employment. Mt Graham Regional Medical Center contributes equal to 2% of your base pay each pay period and matches dollar for dollar up to 1.5% of your base pay contribution.
Tuition reimbursement is available to all full and part-time employees after one year of service. Mt Graham will reimburse up to $3,000 per year for full-time and $1,500 per year for part time with a 2 year service agreement.
Mt Graham Regional Medical Center's employees receive a minimum of 23 paid days off per year depending on years of service and hours worked. All paid time off hours include holidays, vacation, and sick time.
Serves as a short-term disability plan. Full time employees will accumulate 4 hours per pay period beginning with the first full pay period completed after 30 days. Employees are eligible to utilize the bank on the first full payperiod following the introductory period.
Full-time employees will receive any shortages between jury duty pay and their regular wage up to a maximum of 30 days.
All full-time employees are eligible for 3 paid days for the death of an immediate family member after 90 days of continuous employment.
