Megan Cash, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Raised in Safford, Arizona, Megan completed her Associate Degree in Nursing at Eastern Arizona College before earning her bachelor's degree in nursing and her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Western Governors University. After living and working in Kentucky for 12 years, she returned to Arizona to be closer to family and to serve the community that helped shape her. Megan is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.

Shawn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 30 years of behavioral and mental health experience.
Chylae Dexter, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Chylae brings over 25 years of diverse social work and counseling experience to Mt. Graham Behavioral Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Weber State University and her Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. Her extensive background spans family therapy, youth and adolescent counseling, inpatient psychiatric care, and child welfare. Chylae is highly skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and substance abuse counseling—allowing her to provide comprehensive, individualized support to her patients.
