Position Summary

Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) 

Join a dynamic, patient-focused team at our newest clinic location of Copper Mountain Clinic, on the campus of Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, AZ as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality outpatient care while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to create a seamless and positive patient experience.

As an APP, you’ll assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, develop personalized care plans, order and interpret diagnostics, and provide both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments. You’ll play a key role in patient education, preventative care, and ensuring timely, thorough documentation.

Beyond direct patient care, you’ll contribute to efficient clinic operations, support quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a clinical resource for the team. This role supports patient care by continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms and promptly alerting nursing staff to any abnormalities. Working under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the position also includes unit clerical responsibilities such as managing charts, handling communications, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with medical systems and data. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment are essential. Previous EKG or monitor technician experience is preferred but not required.
