Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center (MGRMC) offers eligible employees and their dependents a competitive benefits package with low monthly premiums.


Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center offers Group health insurance coverage with two options from which to select. A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an optional Health Savings account (HSA) with generous employer contributions. Each option provides various benefit services including office visits, emergency care, hospital care, and prescription drug coverage.


Regular Dental care can help you and your dependents maintain their wonderful smiles. Through Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center’s dental plan, you can get this protection at an affordable rate.


Vision coverage will help you protect one of your most important assets, your vision. MGRMC’s vision coverage is comprehensive and affordable. MGRMC offers two options for you and your dependents as a qualified employee.

Life, AD&D, and Long-term Disability

Life, AD&D, and Long-term disability insurance is provided to eligible employees. Mt Graham Regional Medical Center pays all premiums for this benefit. Additional life coverage can be selected for your peace of mind if you wish and can be deducted from your pay check for your convince.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Mt Graham Regional Medical Center offers a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and a Medical Flexible Spending Account to all eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program

Eligible employees can take advantage of confidential and professional counseling service referrals at no cost to the employee.

403(b) Savings Plan

Employees are vested 100% after three years of continuous employment. Mt Graham Regional Medical Center gifts up to 2% of your base pay each pay period and matches dollar for dollar up to 1.5% of your base pay contribution.

Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement is available to all full and part-time employees after one year of service. Mt Graham will reimburse up to $3,000 per year for full-time and $1,500 per year for part time with a two year service agreement.

Paid Time Off

Mt Graham Regional Medical Center’s employees receive a minimum of 23 paid days off per year depending on years of service and hours worked. All paid time off hours include holidays, vacation, and sick time.

Extended Illness Bank

Serves as a short-term disability plan. Full time employees will accumulate four hours per pay period beginning with the first full pay period completed after 30 days. Employees are eligible to utilize the bank on the first full pay-period following the introductory period.

Jury Duty

Full-time employees will receive any shortages between jury duty pay and their regular wage up to a maximum of 30 days.

Bereavement Leave

All full-time employees are eligible for three paid days for the death of an immediate family member after 90 days of continuous employment.
