Dr. Mansur Khan is our new and the first full-time gastroenterologist at Mt Graham Regional Medical Center and Copper Mountain Clinic. Dr. Khan has over 30 years of clinical experience managing gastrointestinal and liver ailments. He is moving to Safford after practicing in Maricopa County and the Phoenix area since 2005. Dr. Khan is a United States Air-force Veteran. After graduating from medical school, he did his internship and residency at Franklin Square Medical Center in Internal Medicine in Baltimore MD. He finished his clinical fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Khan in is certified by American Board of internal medicine in the subspecialty of Gastroenterology. Dr. khan is proficient in routine gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including biliary endoscopy or ERCP. Dr. Khan has a special interest in dealing with gastrointestinal bleed, peptic ulcer disease, IBS and IBM, Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease and disease of the liver and pancreas. Dr. Khan is available to provide his services at Mount Graham Regional Medical Center and has appointments available for new patients at Copper Mountain Medical Clinic.

Christopher grew up in Benson, Arizona. He completed his nursing degree and the Nurse Practitioner program at Grand Canyon University. He and his wife met while attending school at Eastern Arizona College; they have 4 children, with the 5th on the way.
