Our goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to daily life—safely and confidently—through evidence-based therapy plans built around you.
Services
Physical Therapy (PT)
Focused on restoring movement, strength, balance, and function. Common needs include:
Orthopedic rehabilitation (injury + post-surgical)
Spine and joint mobilization (spine + peripheral joints)
Arthritis and chronic pain support
Athletic injuries and return-to-sport progression
Balance, dizziness, and vertigo treatment
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational therapy helps people of all ages do the daily activities they want and need to do—at home, school, work, and in the community.
OT may benefit individuals recovering from or managing:
Autism spectrum disorders
Brain injury
Cerebral palsy

What OT looks like here:
Individualized evaluation to define goals

Progress tracking and plan updates to keep outcomes moving forward
Adult Speech Therapy (SLP)
Speech-language pathology supports communication and swallowing. Therapy may help after:
Stroke
Brain injury or brain surgery
Neurological diseases (including Parkinson’s disease)
Support may include:
Speech clarity and coordination (e.g., dysarthria)
Word-finding and expressive communication challenges (e.g., aphasia)
Cognitive-communication skills (memory, attention)
Swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) related to age, surgery, stroke, anatomical changes, or neurological disease
Specialty Programs
Vertigo and Dizziness Therapy
We specialize in identifying the likely root cause of vertigo/dizziness and teaching targeted movements and exercises designed to relieve symptoms and improve balance and confidence.
Hand Therapy and Splinting
We treat a wide range of upper-extremity injuries and post-surgical needs, including:
Rotator cuff repairs
Shoulder impingement
Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)
Carpal tunnel syndrome
DeQuervain’s
CMC arthritis
Flexor/extensor tendon injuries
Trigger finger
Dupuytren’s contracture
When appropriate, we provide:
Dynamic splinting
Custom splint fabrication for proper fit and effective support
Neurological Rehabilitation (Stroke / CVA and More)
Neurological injury can be overwhelming for patients and families—rehab doesn’t have to be. We focus on a rehabilitation (not compensation) approach designed to improve functional use of affected limbs and rebuild independence. Our therapists can apply these principles across a wide range of recovery timelines.
Industrial Rehabilitation & Ergonomic / Job Assessments
For work-related injuries, we prioritize a safe and timely return to work. Treatment considers:
The physical demands of the job
Appropriate function and capacity at each stage of rehab
On-site ergonomic or job assessments when needed
